Expression - The Fruit of Education in AI Times

I hear a lot that we need to break down education's demanding bureaucracy. Brick by Brick it became more structured. The result was students feeling invisible. The teacher doesn't see them, just the learning material he/she must transfer into their minds. Then youth seek salvation in alcohol, drugs, or simply in suffocating anxiety.

How do we help Gen Z students feel whole, generative, creative? Hopeful? By 5 E's that wrap up PBL (Project, Problem, Place Based Learning), CPS (Creative Problem-Solving), and SEL (Social Emotional Learning).

We explore students' gifts - their individual creative potentials. We engage them in experiential activities in which those gifts are revealed. We examine how to help them elevate those gifts within the learning processes. And we let them express what they learnt while feeling self-directed and worthy. This is Well-being in the classroom.

By the 5 E's we can engage students with PBL and CPS to help students create value, as outlined by OECD's Learning Compass 2030, toward well-being in life.

We don't need to break walls. We just need to identify what is good and continue with it into the future, leaving strain behind. And we all know what is good: caring relationships in the classroom, creativity, human growth. Can you ask AI how to build those? I don't know if you can trust the answer. But you can definitely ask an educator. The 5 E's are the core principles guiding what to embrace and amplify in current education, for less anxiety and at-risk behaviors, and for more smiles.

Watch the video below to envision how expression is the fruit of Education in AI times:

My practical teaching inspiration book, Michelangelo in the 21st Century, illustrates how to build a learning environment that supports such learning. It provides research-based ideas for nurturing PBL, CPS and SEL by the 5E's, based on my lifelong creativity education practice.

Yet those are best suited practices, for you to choose what best suits you and your students. I cannot tell you what to do. I can help you find creativity within you, and channel it to express awesome teaching.

I have put years of work in developing the tools and resources in this book, so it would be

Michelangelo in the 21 Century book for merging AI with teaching practices promoting the 21st century skills offering encouragement for teachers and strategy on how to increase student engagement and sustainability education

simple to foster students' creative skills. You can have it at the cost of coffee and cake. I would very much appreciate your customer review. It will help educators and learners find themselves to celebrate learning.

Creatively yours,
